Terms and Conditions – r3r3 Betting Platform

By accessing r3r3 at https://r3r3.win, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and r3r3 (the "Platform"). They apply to all products and services offered through the r3r3 website and mobile app, including sports betting, slots, bingo, live casino, VIP programme and any promotional offers.

To register and use r3r3, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. r3r3 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may only hold one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide – including your name, date of birth, contact information and payment details – must be truthful and kept up to date.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on r3r3.

r3r3 reserves the right to verify your identity at registration or at any point thereafter. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete.

Registration is free. There is no fee to create an account. You are under no obligation to deposit funds simply by registering.

Your r3r3 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and bonus offers claimed.

• Password security: Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone. r3r3 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. Do not delay, as bets placed during that period may not be reversible.
• Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard checks.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. r3r3 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

All funds on r3r3 are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r3r3 supports the following deposit methods:

• Raast – interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard processing times apply

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard. r3r3 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges – please check with them directly.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. You may not deposit using a third-party account, a shared wallet, or a payment method belonging to another person. Any deposits identified as coming from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible.
• For verified accounts, standard withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed on the same business day the request is submitted.
• Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing times.

r3r3 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, if your payment provider charges a fee on their end, that is outside our control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier section of your account.

r3r3 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is to protect both the platform and the player. If your withdrawal is subject to additional review, you will be informed and given a realistic processing timeframe.

r3r3 runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL-specific promotions, reload bonuses and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the offer itself:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after a stated period if the wagering requirement is not met. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are removed from the account automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some slot games and all table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the offer terms for the specific contribution rates.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active at a time. Claiming a new offer while a previous bonus is active may void one or both bonuses.
• Abuse: Using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes are all considered bonus abuse. r3r3 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts where abuse is detected.

r3r3 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, tennis, basketball and other markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation with a unique bet reference. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you select them and the time your bet is submitted, particularly in live in-play markets. If odds change before confirmation, you will be shown the new price and asked to accept or decline.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or if the market is settled in error. Voided bets are returned to your balance as a stake refund.
• Maximum bet limits: Maximum bet sizes apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this delay, odds reflect live match conditions and may move. r3r3 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a platform or data feed error may be voided and stakes returned. r3r3 will notify affected players as soon as possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r3r3. Breach of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or identity information
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions
• Threatening, abusing or harassing r3r3 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your location or identity

r3r3 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review pending manual investigation. During a review period, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.

r3r3 is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. We take our responsibilities seriously and have built practical tools directly into the platform to help players manage their activity.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a time reminder to alert you after a specified period of play. This is a simple nudge to take a break and assess how you're spending your time.
• Reality checks: Enable regular on-screen notifications showing how long you've been active and your net result for the session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the r3r3 platform without prior written permission.

r3r3 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical faults.

• r3r3 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, system failures, or data feed errors beyond our reasonable control.
• r3r3 is not responsible for any loss of winnings that results from bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed in error, where reasonable steps were taken to correct the error promptly.
• r3r3's total liability to any individual player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during that month.

Nothing in these terms limits r3r3's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
